Interested in hosting the National Conference?

See below for a few documents to assist you in hosting and planning the National Conference! Thank you to the University of Georgia Blue Key for hosting a phenomenal  2015 National Conference and sharing the resources below.

Conference Planning Timeline – a sample timeline of how to host the National Conference, from 1 year out to the day of! Thank you to Board of Directors member Michelle Kozel for creating this document!

National Conference Budget Example – a sample budget outline to work with the National Office on estimating costs.

National Conference Info Packet – a sample information packet that can be printed and given to conference participants upon arrival or emailed/handed out digitally in advance. Include information that is unique to your chapter and campus!

National Conference Welcome Letter Example – an example welcome letter to be emailed out in advance to chapters announcing the location and brief information about the conference.

National Conference Solicitation Letter – an example solicitation letter to ask local businesses, campus partners, alumni, and other donors to support the National Conference. Sponsors could donate a small gift that represents the institution or community, sponsor a meal or printing costs, or assist with the service project.
